Rust is popular for network code because it gives C-like control without memory-safety bugs in packet parsing. For RPC, tonic is the standard gRPC implementation, built on hyper and prost. For QUIC and HTTP/3 there are several production implementations: quinn is a pure-Rust async library, quiche comes from Cloudflare, s2n-quic from AWS and neqo from Mozilla, so pick based on API style and which runtime you use.
